Home 4738-E is an executive classification, luxurious, beautifully furnished 5-bedroom, 4½-bathroom home with its own private screened pool, Jacuzzi and games room!

This home is located in Cumbrian Lakes; a peaceful subdivision situated approximately 10 minutes from the Walt Disney World entrance and is conveniently located for the other attractions.

This home has a maximum sleeping capacity of 12. The first master bedroom which is located upstairs, has a king-sized bed and offers a screened in balcony which overlooks the pool and lake. The 2nd master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the 3rd master bedroom also has a queen-sized bed, the 4th & 5th bedrooms have 2 twin size beds in each room. There is also a sleeper/sofa in living room which sleeps 2.

The pool patio area offers an external bathroom for added convenience.

Beautifully furnished there is ample kitchen equipment, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, range, washer and drier, towels, linens etc.

There are TV/DVD/VCR combos in all bedrooms and a 53" large screen TV in the downstairs living room, and a 64" mega big screen TV with surround sound home theatre in the upstairs living room which also offers DVD and VCR as does the downstairs living room.

Internet is available in the house via cat5 cable, there is no computer and it is not wireless, but is perfect for any laptop.

The air conditioned games room offers a pool table and Foosball table and the second sitting room offers TV and an Xbox.

This is a non-smoking and pet-free home.
