This home features a larger than normal swimming pool and an oversized deck area for lounging around in the sun. Additionally there is a large screened balcony overlooking the lake and woodlands.
This home is located on Cumbrian Lakes; a peaceful subdivision situated approximately 10 minutes from the Walt Disney World entrance and is conveniently located for the other attractions.
This home has a maximum sleeping capacity of 15. There are 3 master bedrooms: the 1st master has a king sized bed, the 2nd & 3rd masters have a queen in each, the 4th & 5th both have 2 twins in each room and the 6th bedroom has bunk beds, with a full size at the bottom and twin above. There is also a sleeper/sofa in the upstairs den area.
TV/VCR in all of the master bedrooms.
The upstairs lounge area has been converted to a game area with Pool Table and Foosball.
Beautifully furnished, there is ample kitchen equipment, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, range, washer and drier, towels, linens etc.
There is a 57" Large Screen TV & VCR in the downstairs living room along with a
TV & VCR in the upstairs living/game room and Wireless Internet is also
available.
A gas grill is also available.
The garage has restricted access.
This is a non-smoking and pet-free home.
