This home has a maximum sleeping capacity of 12. There are 3 en-suite bedrooms. The first has a king-sized bed and a balcony overlooking a conservation area, the and the second has a king sized bed and the third has a queen sized bed. The fourth and fifth bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each room. There is also a sleeper/sofa in the living room.
Beautifully furnished there is ample kitchen equipment, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, range, washer and drier, towels, linens etc.
There is a PC workstation in the loft area together with a wireless internet facility.
The home has cable television and is equipped with 4 TV's, 2 DVD players/VCR/game cube.
In addition there is also a games room in the garage with foosball, air hockey, table tennis and electronic darts. Fishing rods are also available.
The Jacuzzi has an automated spa switch. There is also a gas barbecue grill and a small fridge outside.
This is a non-smoking and pet-free home.
